About the role
- Kalkulator:in responsible for analyzing bids and managing contracts in construction. Working with various stakeholders and ensuring project efficiency at Heinrich Hamelmann GmbH.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents.
- Prepare bid and order cost calculations.
- Communicate with clients, authorities, expert assessors, subcontractors, design participants and internal specialist departments.
- Prepare tenders for external trades and subcontractor services.
- Define market inquiries and implement procurement awards for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support the technical department in preparing alternative bids and special proposals.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant experience in cost estimation, VOB, and contract management.
- Confident use of estimating and billing software, ideally Pro-Bau/S®.
- Responsible, goal-oriented working style with strong decision-making ability and high motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with business partners.
