About the role

  • ACUVUE Account Manager driving revenue growth for optical retailers and optometrists in the UK. Leading territory management and building partnerships to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in transforming patient care by empowering optometrists and optical retailers
  • Drive revenue growth and product adoption for the ACUVUE® portfolio
  • Build strong business relationships with independent opticians, regional chains, and national retailers
  • Conduct territory planning and preparation
  • Maintain comprehensive product and clinical knowledge of ACUVUE® portfolio
  • Convince business decision makers and eye care practitioners of the clinical and commercial superiority of ACUVUE®
  • Manage overall account management of customers in the territory
  • Implement marketing and category initiatives according to company priorities
  • Identify and partner with key customers to drive mutually beneficial growth

Requirements

  • Experience within an external field sales role within a customer focused environment
  • Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success
  • Ability to influence, persuade and gain commitment from others through good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient presenter/communicator
  • Ability to build sustainable and long-lasting business partnerships with customers
  • Capable of working independently with a high degree of self-motivation and personal accountability
  • Competent user of a variety of computer software packages: including, Microsoft Word, Outlook
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Experience of the optical industry (desirable)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally with a business or science background (desirable)
