Responsibilities
Support the Director to translate EMEA strategic priorities into operational routines, governance and measurable outcomes across multiple Product Groups.
Lead the development and execution of a multi‑year technology strategy that directly supports business priorities.
Provide program management and product governance for strategic initiatives, manage vendor and pilot engagements, and drive cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across EMEA.
Measure and report on adoption, ROI and operational impact while ensuring regulatory and data/privacy compliance; present concise strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
8+ years of relevant experience in technology strategy, innovation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO roles—ideally with exposure to life sciences / pharmaceuticals.
Proven record leading end-to-end strategic technology projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to operate as a PMO: project planning, resource management, budgets, status reporting, and risk mitigation
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations
Familiarity with modern technology domains: cloud platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, digital platforms, automation (hands-on understanding, not necessarily deep engineering)
Change management and adoption planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership
Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
Attention to regulatory and data governance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
