About the role
- Senior Manager driving EMEA strategy for Johnson & Johnson, focusing on technology strategy execution and project governance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director to translate EMEA strategic priorities into operational routines, governance and measurable outcomes across multiple Product Groups.
- Lead the development and execution of a multi‑year technology strategy that directly supports business priorities.
- Provide program management and product governance for strategic initiatives, manage vendor and pilot engagements, and drive cross‑functional stakeholder alignment across EMEA.
- Measure and report on adoption, ROI and operational impact while ensuring regulatory and data/privacy compliance; present concise strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technology strategy, innovation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO roles—ideally with exposure to life sciences / pharmaceuticals.
- Proven record leading end-to-end strategic technology projects and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a PMO: project planning, resource management, budgets, status reporting, and risk mitigation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations
- Familiarity with modern technology domains: cloud platforms, data analytics, AI/ML, digital platforms, automation (hands-on understanding, not necessarily deep engineering)
- Change management and adoption planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership
- Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
- Attention to regulatory and data governance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
