About the role

  • Senior Director overseeing late phase drug development for Alzheimer’s Disease projects at Johnson & Johnson. Leading clinical strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Senior Director, Clinical Leader in Neurodegeneration
  • Provide strategic, clinical, and scientific support
  • Lead the cross-functional clinical team
  • Ensure timely completion, content, and quality of key documents
  • Manage project/program-related issues
  • Respond to medical and compound-related issues
  • Provide input to statistical analysis plans
  • Present to Health Authorities and participate in advisory committee meetings
  • Build professional relationships with opinion leaders, investigators, and regulatory officials

Requirements

  • MD (or equivalent) is required
  • Detailed understanding of neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer's Disease
  • At least 10 years of experience in clinical research and development (including Phase 2-3b studies)
  • Experience interacting with global health authorities (FDA, EMA)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Up to 20% annual travel may be required
