About the role

  • Procurement Manager driving commercial value across facilities management services for JLL. Managing vendor relations and sourcing strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Driving commercial value across our facilities management services.
  • Facilitation and management of vendors & key stakeholders.
  • Drive sourcing activities & strategies to unlock savings & commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, establishing effective organizational structure for reporting and communication.
  • Attend meetings, drive tendering activities, and advise on cost-effective strategies.
  • Monitor sourcing processes and manage vendor selection and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related Sourcing or Procurement / Supply Chain Management role.
  • Strong technical sourcing & procurement experience, including RFP management, contract management, negotiation, supplier relationship management, evaluation and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Logical approach and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with E-sourcing tools.
  • Spoken English proficiency.
  • FM services background preferred.
