  • Casual Facilities Manager overseeing diverse facility management projects across various sectors for JLL. Engaging with clients while maintaining professional commitments and flexibility in schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and service delivery
  • Ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs
  • Manage third-party supplier relationships and contractor performance
  • Assist in budget management and cost optimization
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG objectives

Requirements

  • 7-10 years property management experience or 5+ years in related field
  • FM or technical qualifications preferred (BIFM, RICS, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CAFM systems, and data analysis
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across assignments
  • Experience managing critical environments (data centers, healthcare, etc.)
