About the role

  • Fleetmanager supporting logistics operations with 1,500 vehicles in a family-owned company. Handling fleet processes and ensuring vehicle management standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and updating of fleet management software
  • Processing driver and vehicle changes according to guidelines
  • Management and issuance of fuel cards
  • Support with vehicle dispatch
  • Organization and coordination of vehicle handovers, returns and transfers
  • Preparation of data and support for analyses (KPIs)
  • Support in establishing and optimizing processes
  • Verification of invoices and forwarding for approval
  • Maintenance and management of contract documents (e.g., lease agreements, purchase invoices)
  • Support with orders and administrative processing
  • Participation in ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., inspections, safety checks, driver's license checks)
  • Communication with suppliers and service providers as agreed
  • Handling administrative offenses, insurance documents and damage reports

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training or degree (e.g., specialist in business administration, automotive clerk, logistics specialist)
  • Professional experience in fleet management
  • Analytical, structured way of working
  • Numerical aptitude
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
