Responsibilities
Provide accounting support for the property management team
Make collections calls
Enter cash receipts
Enter billing adjustments
Perform tenant ledger reconciliations
Enter invoices
Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation
Review leases and leasing activity and ensure accurate billing
Maintain sales information
Collect sales reports
Enter sales into accounting system
Assist the property accountant as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Associate’s degree in accounting
2-3 years bookkeeping experience in a retail environment preferred
Microsoft Office product knowledge, Excel and real estate accounting software preferred
