About the role
- Accountant managing J.Lindeberg's DTC Channel accounting needs across Retail, E-commerce, and Marketplace operations. Handling month-end close, reconciliations, and financial inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage the extensive accounting requirements of J.Lindeberg's DTC Channel, covering both Retail, E-commerce and Marketplace operations
- Month End-closings and Year-End-closing of Retail & Ecom accounts
- Bank and PSP reconciliations (Nets, Amex, Swish, Shopify, Paypal Etc.)
- Stock takes and inventory reconciliations
- Manual Invoicing of concession agreements
- Reporting of net sales to landlords (monthly and yearly)
- Co-operate with Business Control, AR/ AP team and/or IT on DTC related tasks
- Assisting Ecom team and Retail store managers with financial inquiries, such as payments and POS system issues
- Purchase Order matching (US)
- Elevate the role's efficiency by optimizing processes, introducing innovative solutions, and providing support for other DTC-related projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general accounting and bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets
- Experience from Microsoft (MS) Dynamics NAV and/or MS Business Central
- Fluency in Swedish and English will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in Inventory accounting is a big plus
- Familiarity with Sitoo cash register system is beneficial, though not mandatory
