Senior Accountant (Consolidation) supporting financial consolidation and reporting processes for Astrana Health. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and assisting with audit requirements in a hybrid work structure.
Responsibilities
Assist in the consolidation process of multiple entities, ensuring intercompany transactions are appropriately eliminated
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated internal and external financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines
Ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, meeting all financial reporting deadlines.
Assist with internal and external auditor requests.
Collaborate with various internal departments to collect, analyze, and report information necessary for internal and external financial reports.
Prepare schedules and perform analytics required for reporting and management review.
Maintain and organize financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of financial information.
Uphold compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations.
Assist management with ad-hoc procedures and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, public experience preferred.
Understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with Vena or Alteryx preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $95,000 - $112,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
