Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to leaders at JFF
  • Manage a portfolio of searches and oversee the search process
  • Analyze talent acquisition data to inform decisions
  • Support workforce planning efforts including skills forecasting

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-informed decision making
  • Experience with modernizing talent acquisition practices
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic advisory capacity
  • Strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities
