Requirements

Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-informed decision making
Experience with modernizing talent acquisition practices
Experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic advisory capacity
Strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities
