Responsibilities
Effectively lead and manage a high-functioning team of coordinators in service industry
Oversee the dispatch function to ensure prioritization and execution of work
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Collaborate with service sales, construction operations, field superintendents, and leadership
Maintain documentation associated with service contracts and execution of deliverables
Ensure regional service goals for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, customer retention, renewals
Drive process improvements in collaboration with corporate support

Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in a service-driven environment
Management experience within a related service environment
