About the role
- Head of Operations to structure and manage Sensory Design’s production workflows and delivery processes. Lead operational ecosystem enabling growth for an AI-driven creative Innovation Lab.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimise operational workflows for all product lines (Alteryon, Feelkits, etc.)
- Lead project coordination, scheduling, delivery timelines and quality control
- Implement SOPs, automation tools, and resource planning systems
- Coordinate internal teams (AI, design, video) and external talent
- Support the founder in transforming Sensory Design into an autonomous, scalable entity
- Track operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and output quality
Requirements
- Strong background in operations, project management or production management (creative agencies, AI content teams, digital studios, tech)
- Excellent organisational and process-design skills
- High ownership, autonomy and ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English (Italian/German a plus)
- Interest in AI content creation (avatar, video, generative workflows)
