About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor for automotive after-sales at Jallu-Berthier. Responsible for client relationships, scheduling, and service sales in Oise region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer relationship (reception and follow-up)
  • Schedule and prepare appointments for after-sales service customers
  • Draft repair orders and work authorizations
  • Be proactive in proposing add-on products and services
  • Prepare repair estimates and manage customer files
  • Build customer loyalty through strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Bac) to a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in business or automotive mechanics
  • Proven experience as an after-sales customer advisor, ideally in the automotive/after-sales sector
  • Commercial awareness and a strong service orientation
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and proficient with IT/Office tools
