Responsibilities
Point of contact for client communication via Email/Ticket & Live Chat
Taking ownership of unresolved issues and following them through to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Manage workflows/reports to agreed KPIs
Identify business opportunities for revenue growth and work closely with our Sales department
Proactively assist customers to optimize and scale up accounts activity.

Requirements
Previous customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
You are fluent in/or native English
Strong oral and written communication
Multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrate initiative and proactivity
Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
Proficient with PC-based software and browsers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with all types of Adult content websites
Fluent 2nd language written skills especially Russian/ Chinese/ French/ Portuguese/ German
Sales experience with online advertising/publishing
Technical knowledge especially working with HTML, JAVASCRIPT, proxies, etc.
Knowledge of website construction and/or online advertising
