About the role
- SAP Consultant providing consulting services in HCM for SAP projects, working in a hybrid environment in Germany. Engaging with clients and development teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is to provide consulting in client projects on all aspects related to SAP HCM.
- As an SAP HCM consultant, you analyze client-specific HR requirements and advise the HR department on implementation.
- Your experienced colleagues are always available to support you with questions.
- In close collaboration with the client and our skilled development team, you will accompany the project through to completion.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, a natural science, or a comparable qualification
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Confident, customer-focused manner
- Enthusiasm and strong interest in the role
- Team player
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with SAP HCM
- Knowledge of at least two SAP HCM submodules
- Knowledge of Organizational Management (OM)
- Knowledge of authorization management, particularly structural authorizations
- Experience with SAP HCM Fiori apps (PA, PY, PT, PE, PB)
- Experience with SuccessFactors and Workday Employee Self-Service / Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
