About the role

  • IT Allrounder responsible for server administration and solving technical customer issues. Engaging in various projects involving Microsoft technologies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and maintenance of our Windows-based servers
  • Handling inquiries via email and telephone
  • Independently resolving technical customer issues in collaboration with our team
  • Testing and applying security updates and new software versions
  • Implementing directives from Support and Management
  • Diagnosing hardware faults
  • Network monitoring

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT technician, IT systems electronics technician, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience preferred to effectively handle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including the ability to effectively optimize these systems
  • Responsible, meticulous, flexible, and reliable to ensure smooth operations
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude to understand and address customer needs
  • High level of initiative, teamwork, and motivation to work both independently and collaboratively
