Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT technician, IT systems electronics technician, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience preferred to effectively handle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical problems
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including the ability to effectively optimize these systems
- Responsible, meticulous, flexible, and reliable to ensure smooth operations
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude to understand and address customer needs
