About the role

  • Payroll Coordinator overseeing end-to-end payroll delivery for Lundbeck in Kraków, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll for employees in multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery of payroll process for relevant Business Areas
  • Assure correctness of all payroll related tasks on a monthly basis for European countries
  • Responsible for statutory activities to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll delivery for multiple countries and cooperation with the payroll vendors
  • English C1 Advanced
  • Understanding of end-to-end payroll delivery
  • Experience in HR operations in a multinational environment
  • Maintaining data in HR SAP (experience with Success Factors would be an asset)
  • Vendor management experience
  • Continuous improvement drive supported by concrete examples
