About the role
- Senior Software Engineer at Ironclad developing scalable web applications for an AI contracting platform. Working collaboratively with teams to build high-quality systems and features in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems
- Create polished, accessible, and mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Contribute to front-end architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Partner with quality engineers to define, build and maintain testing strategy
- Mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to others on the team
- Help interview and recruit talented engineers to Ironclad
- Work on a modern stack built upon: TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform (experience with these specific technologies not required)
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of software experience architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex web applications (a formal degree is not required, we are prioritizing industry experience)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS.
- Passion for creating accessible, intuitive, and mobile friendly interfaces.
- Passion for software engineering to build and ship high quality products.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
