Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference for the solution and ensure its quality, performance, and security
- Define technical specifications and design
- Implement and oversee development work

- Onboard and mentor new developers
- Define and track technical KPIs
- Contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap
- Provide technical support to sales teams and clients

Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
- Strong skills in application design and architecture
- Knowledge of server environments, Docker, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor a team
