About the role

  • Field Service Technician delivering technical support and maintenance for Ingersoll Rand's products at customer sites. Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting service offerings while reporting safety incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our products at customer sites and/or at our production facility.
  • Perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of our products at customer locations.
  • Promote our services (maintenance contracts, training, etc.) to customers using technical and commercial arguments.
  • Host technical meetings with support teams when necessary.
  • Report near-miss incidents.
  • Collect anomalies, develop an action plan and measure its impact.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher education with skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems and automation.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial environment or in mechanical maintenance.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 Linguaskill).
  • Planned travel (regional, national and international).
