Responsibilities
Analysis and payment of employee expenses
Month end journals including purchasing / T&E card and employee expenses
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Agreement of trade balances with intercompany partners at month end
Leading the monthly netting exercise to settle intercompany partner balances
Supporting purchase ledger processing at month end and providing holiday cover
Supporting credit control function and providing holiday cover
Supporting the external audit process
Other duties as required
Requirements
Purchase Ledger experience (essential)
Working knowledge of ERP systems (essential)
ERP systems implementation experience(desirable)
Experience of using online banking platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A background in a service/manufacturing environment (desirable)
Concur (T&E and expense tool) experience (desirable)
