Lead and oversee planning and implementation of housing programs, including development of a comprehensive service model and engagement with local service providers and partners.
Oversee daily program operations and ensure high quality service delivery to meet all objectives stipulated by the housing awards
Coordinate with funders, networks, and partners in the provision of services to clients.
Conduct regular program reviews and periodic participant casefile reviews to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with award requirements and best practices.
Manage program budgets and track expenses.
Requirements
English fluency required; bilingual fluency preferred
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum five years’ experience managing rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing (PSH), and/or transitional housing in a nonprofit, governmental, or private sector setting
Oregon Domestic Violence Advocate Certification
Must be able to pass extensive Background Check
