About the role

  • Lead and oversee planning and implementation of housing programs, including development of a comprehensive service model and engagement with local service providers and partners.
  • Oversee daily program operations and ensure high quality service delivery to meet all objectives stipulated by the housing awards
  • Coordinate with funders, networks, and partners in the provision of services to clients.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and periodic participant casefile reviews to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with award requirements and best practices.
  • Manage program budgets and track expenses.

Requirements

  • English fluency required; bilingual fluency preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum five years’ experience managing rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing (PSH), and/or transitional housing in a nonprofit, governmental, or private sector setting
  • Oregon Domestic Violence Advocate Certification
  • Must be able to pass extensive Background Check
