About the role
- Clinical Nurse Consultant providing case support and patient management for IQVIA/MedTech. Delivering medical device education and collaborating with clinical support teams in healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide case support, patient management, and education to new and existing accounts
- Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of products/therapies and their applications
- Improve patient outcomes by delivering ventricular medical device education in various settings
- Complete proactive rounds for patients receiving support and provide assistance
- Collaborate with Clinical Support Center (CSC) for additional support as necessary
Requirements
- Clinical certification required; Registered Nurse (RN)/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with strong clinical background in Cardiac ICU, CVICU, CVOR, or Cath Lab required
- Significant experience with ventricular medical device is required (minimum of 10 cases/patients supported)
- Must provide a minimum of (2) days of live support within the field (case support, patient rounding, providing education)
- Ability to work on weekends, nights, holidays as well as weekdays
