Consultant responsible for B2B sales, focusing on the cattle ranching sector using innovative solutions. Seeking candidates with consultative sales experience and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Work with B2B consultative sales for medium and large clients, especially feedlots and intensive beef cattle operations;
Conduct an in-depth diagnosis of the client’s operation (breeding, rearing and finishing), identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency;
Present agricultural management software solutions, linking features to productivity gains, control and financial return (ROI);
Lead complex, high-value negotiations involving multiple decision-makers;
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, diagnosis, proposal and closing);
Develop and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM (RD Station);
Perform technical field visits and strategic meetings with clients;
Prepare customized commercial proposals and follow negotiations through to formalization;
Build long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic partner.
Requirements
Education: Technical or higher education in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or related fields.
Experience with complex consultative sales (B2B);
Experience with medium/large clients, preferably in agribusiness;
Experience selling high-value solutions (mid/large average ticket);
Practical knowledge of beef cattle production, with a focus on feedlot and intensive operations;
Experience with the complete sales cycle;
Experience with CRM (preferably RD Station).
Valid driver’s license (CNH)
