About the role

  • Manager - ITIL Support ensuring applications meet regulatory requirements and act as primary contact during audits for IQVIA Laboratories.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Application Portfolio accuracy
  • Overseeing user access reviews
  • Acts as the primary contact during audits
  • Participate in high‑impact incident bridges
  • Collaborate with Product Support, Product Owners and Business owners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in IT service management
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
  • SQL, Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS), Project Management, Service Ownership, Product Support
  • Meeting regularly with Stakeholders for each regulated application
