About the role
- Senior Legal Expert advising all operational entities within Steag Iqony Group on energy and heating law. Focused on legal questions, contract negotiations, and litigation support.
Responsibilities
- Beratung aller operativ tätigen Gesellschaften und Geschäftsbereiche der Steag Iqony Group
- Begutachtung von rechtlichen Fragestellungen aus dem laufenden Geschäft
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Analysen über die Betroffenheit laufender oder beabsichtigter Geschäftstätigkeiten
- Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Erstellen von Verträgen
- Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten
- Auswahl von und Zusammenarbeit mit Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
Requirements
- Volljurist/-in (d.h. 2. Staatsexamen) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Ideal in der Wärme- und Energiewirtschaft oder einer beratenden Kanzlei
- Kenntnisse im Wärme- und Energierecht, Leitungs- und Wegerecht sowie allgemeinem Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrecht
- Interesse an und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelles Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge sowie vernetztes Denken
