About the role

Responsibilities
- Planen und Koordinieren von Tief- und Straßenbauprojekten im norddeutschen Raum
- Erstellen und Prüfen von Ausführungsplanungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
- Übernahme der Bauüberwachung
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 (ggf. bis 9) der HOAI
- Steuerung und Kontrolle der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Leistungserbringung
- Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
- Nachtrags- und Mängelmanagement
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Projekterfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Normen und Richtlinien für die Planung von Verkehrsanlagen und des Tiefbaus
- Mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB und HOAI)
- Routiniert im Umgang mit AutoCAD und MS-Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Besitz einer Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (früher 3)
- Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
