About the role
- Bauingenieur/-techniker managing interdisciplinary projects in water resources engineering in Lübeck. Responsible for planning, calculations, and project management from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlich für die Objektplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 HOAI im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft
- Neubau-, Sanierungs- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen im Bestand
- Erstellen hydraulischer und hydrologischer Berechnungen
- Rechnungsprüfung und Kostenkontrolle
- Nachtrags- / Mängelmanagement und Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern/Behörden
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master oder Diplom im Bauingenieurwesen, idealerweise Fachbereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft
- Wünschenswert ist Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Sanierungs- und Neubauprojekten im Leitungsbau sowie in der Begleitung von Bauprojekten vor Ort
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Normen und Richtlinien für die Planung im Bereich Siedlungswasserwirtschaft und des Tiefbaus
- Mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB und HOAI)
- Routiniert in der Anwendung einschlägiger Planungssoftware für hydraulische Kanalnetzberechnungen sowie AutoCAD, KOSTRA, GIS und MS-Office Programmen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Besitz einer Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B (früher 3)
- Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sind selbstverständlich.
