About the role
- Implementing tax systems at public municipal agencies in Brazil. Analyzing processes and providing training to users on functionalities and operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement IPM’s Fiscal and Tax systems at municipal public agencies, following business rules and the client’s requirements, including routines and areas such as: IPTU (property tax), ITBI (property transfer tax), ISS (service tax), Dívida Ativa (tax debt registry), Contribuição de Melhoria (special assessment), issuance of NFS-e (electronic service invoices), Simples Nacional (tax regime for small businesses), among others
- Analyze processes and system functionalities to identify improvements and necessary adjustments
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
- Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
- Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and answering user questions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the area of operation, and experience with Revenue/Tax and Fiscal routines
- Experience with tax/fiscal software
- Availability for frequent travel
