- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root-cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
- Standardise processes across business units and regions.
- Engage with process owners and cross-functional business teams.
- Support change impact assessments and training activities.
- Contribute to UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams on integrations and automations.
- Manage process-related workstreams within wider transformation initiatives.
- Produce training materials and user documentation as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Equivalent experience in business analysis or process improvement will be highly advantageous
- Master’s degree desirable.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or similar transformation-focused roles.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or ITSM system implementations.
- Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements.
- Experience working across global/matrix organisations.
