Responsibilities
Responsible for analysing, documenting, and optimising end-to-end global business processes across the organisation.
Supports operational excellence, digital transformation, and process standardization efforts.
Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping using BPMN.
Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Develop & maintain process documentation.
Conduct workshops with functional leads to capture current-state processes.
Maintain the Group Process Repository.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform root-cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
Standardise processes across business units and regions.
Engage with process owners and cross-functional business teams.
Support change impact assessments and training activities.
Contribute to UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams on integrations and automations.
Manage process-related workstreams within wider transformation initiatives.
Produce training materials and user documentation as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
Equivalent experience in business analysis or process improvement will be highly advantageous
Master’s degree desirable.
2 to 5 years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or similar transformation-focused roles.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or ITSM system implementations.
Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements.
Experience working across global/matrix organisations.
