Responsibilities
- Work in the Tactical Pricing area within the fuel distribution segment, focused on ensuring Ipiranga's most strategic positioning of price, margin, and volume in the region and market segment, aligned with the pricing policy designed for the market.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to map the specific characteristics of each market, contributing to more assertive decision-making and proposing improvements for the evolution of the pricing policy.
Requirements
- Analyze requests for changes to commercial terms submitted by the commercial team, supported by the company's pricing policy established for the region of responsibility, and use analytical capability to translate current market needs.
- Perform daily updates of costs and prices during the change process, following the established step-by-step procedures to remain audit-compliant. Also participate in the ongoing mapping of process improvement opportunities.
- Structure and improve management reports with market information, monitoring of volume and margin, policy adherence, and action plans for significant deviations.
- Maintain active communication with the commercial team to understand regional and segment-specific particularities and to disseminate market trends identified internally by the Pricing area and/or in partnership with other departments.
- Serve as a technical knowledge support point for the team and provide backup during staff shortages or high-demand periods, contributing to process continuity and the delivery of results.
