Responsibilities

• Delight our end customers through excellence in applying the Ipiranga brand;
• Support the commercial team;
• Develop innovative solutions for the business;
• Coordinate construction projects that convey the Ipiranga brand to our end consumers;
• Coordinate construction works at B2B client locations;
• Manage multiple service providers efficiently and safely;
• Monitor and develop the area's KPIs;
• Track and control company assets;
• Monitor the area's CAPEX.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering;
• Valid driver's license (Category B) with at least 1 year of driving experience;
• Willingness to travel;
• Previous experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects – knowledge of SASC and SAAC is a plus;
• Soft skills: Communication, proactivity, and teamwork;
• Hard skills: Excel, CAPEX management, and asset management.
