Responsibilities
Responsible for sending performance reports: (debt report, negative penetration, churn funnel, clustering, and monitoring of key customer portfolio management indicators and month-to-month customer volume variance, among others);
Manage service tickets (opening and tracking cards and tickets for release and settlement of invoices);
Order management follow-up: (sending reports three times a day with billed and pending orders, including statuses and reasons; interacting with the GEL team to update billing forecasts and opening tickets for release when necessary);
Support for cross-selling, focusing on updating information such as stock/availability, billed products, pending products, and lead times;
Administrative support for managers regarding hotel reservations, scheduling appointments, slide preparation, consolidation of materials, etc.
Requirements
Experience: Administrative support for the commercial/sales team;
Soft skills: Communication and interpersonal skills; organization and analytical thinking;
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Education: Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
Languages: A second language is a plus.
