About the role
- Senior Business Partner handling contracts and procurement activities for IOSH. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead on all aspects of contracts & procurement activity to support the business across supply chain and customer contracts.
- Support from identifying potential suppliers, draft, negotiate, administer and give advice on a wide variety of contracts forms across the portfolio.
- Foster collaborative working relationships cross-functionally with stakeholders from across the organisation.
- Ensure that the contracts and procurement service is responsive to business needs and ensure that the decisions taken are proportionate to identified risk and spend.
- Bring experience and new ideas to this developing function.
Requirements
- A member of CIPS to a minimum of Level 4
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of leading contract negotiation and drafting the contract documents with both customers and suppliers.
- Knowledge and experience of contract management processes for both suppliers and customers.
