Responsibilities
Lead on all aspects of contracts & procurement activity to support the business across supply chain and customer contracts.
Support from identifying potential suppliers, draft, negotiate, administer and give advice on a wide variety of contracts forms across the portfolio.
Foster collaborative working relationships cross-functionally with stakeholders from across the organisation.
Ensure that the contracts and procurement service is responsive to business needs and ensure that the decisions taken are proportionate to identified risk and spend.
Bring experience and new ideas to this developing function.
Requirements
A member of CIPS to a minimum of Level 4
Experience in a similar role
Experience of leading contract negotiation and drafting the contract documents with both customers and suppliers.
Knowledge and experience of contract management processes for both suppliers and customers.
