About the role
- Working on one of our project teams as an engineer, building cutting edge user experiences using modern tech and techniques
- Collaborating with our product and design teams on a daily basis to translate UI designs into working software
- Participating in project planning, guided by senior team leads
- Learning and growing as an engineer and consultant, under the guidance of senior technical leads and project leads
- Contributing to growing the overall culture of the Interactive Practice, and Lab49 at large
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building software applications
- A passion for technology and innovation
- Experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript
- A working knowledge of the React and JavaScript ecosystem of tools and libraries
- An understanding of contemporary SDLC practices such as continuous delivery
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Strong understanding of the value of testing, quality, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews
- Excellent spoken and written English skills (B2 minimum, C1+ preferred)
- Readiness to be at the office in central Mexico City 1 day per week
