About the role

  • Frontend Developer working in an agile team to enhance internal tools. Contributing to a fluid user interface for customer advisors in a growing scale-up.

Responsibilities

  • As a Frontend Developer, you will be a driving force within the Scrum team to evolve our internal application:
  • Angular 20 Development: Design new interfaces (complex forms, routing) and enrich our Design System with reusable components.
  • Performance & RxJS: Optimize state management and API calls to ensure a smooth experience for our customer advisors on the phone.
  • Collaboration: Work daily with Product, UX/UI and the Back-end team (Python) to design and integrate new features.
  • Quality & Deployment: Maintain solid test coverage (unit and integration), participate in code reviews and manage your deployments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to optimizing the codebase and reducing technical debt across sprints.
  • AI Tools & Productivity: Integrate AI assistants pragmatically into your workflow to increase efficiency while maintaining a critical view of generated code.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of web development experience with a modern JS framework, including at least significant and recent experience with Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of web standards (protocols, compatibility, rendering performance).
  • Strong Product/UX sensibility: you understand that a good interface is not only visually appealing but, above all, efficient for the end user.
  • Demonstrated rigor, strong autonomy and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Good command of French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be working in an international environment.

Benefits

  • Access to GYMLIB to enjoy gym facilities at a reduced rate.
  • Health insurance with Alan for simple, paperless management of your healthcare expenses, with 50% coverage by papernest.
  • Swile card for meal vouchers worth €9 per working day, with 50% covered by papernest.
  • Professional development is essential: you will have access to ongoing training tailored to your goals, whether technical, language or managerial.
  • Work in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest, and with over 46 nationalities, it’s common to start a sentence in French and finish it in English or español.
