Responsibilities
Requirements Development: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements that accurately reflect organizational needs and guide software design.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted interface with internal stakeholders, external clients, software engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Specifications: Create, review, and finalize critical project artifacts including requirements specifications, change requests, software specifications, user interface designs, traceability matrices, and product documentation.
Operational Reporting: Prepare and update operational reports from ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial and operational insights for Finance and Controlling teams.
Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and technical teams have precise guidance.
Analytical Excellence: Apply strong analytical and data-gathering skills to identify gaps, validate requirements, and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
2–5 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support, or financial processes.
Familiarity with ERP logic, financial processes, or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and quality assurance.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
