Responsibilities

  • Plays a crucial role in managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with the account manager and processing endorsements
  • Handling client inquiries, managing cancellations, and addressing return mail
  • Communicating effectively with insurance companies and customers to fulfill underwriting requirements
  • Preparing proof of insurance promptly and accurately
  • Supporting servicing of books of business in collaboration with Account Managers

Requirements

  • 2 years of personal lines experience
  • State required active licensing (2-20, 20-44 or equivalent)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • High accuracy in handling large work volumes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
