- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, logging, and incident management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
