Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of digital and eCommerce platforms.
Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within the platform scope.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and service continuity.
Coordinate platform upgrades and deployments.
Work closely with architecture and development teams to support platform scalability and new features.
Provide 2nd/3rd level support for digital platform issues.
Document procedures, processes, and knowledge base articles related to digital operations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital and/or eCommerce platform engineering or operations.
Strong understanding of web technologies and platforms (e.g., CMS, eCommerce engines, APIs).
Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, logging, and incident management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
