About the role

- Responsible for general maintenance and grounds management across the property
- Ensure a safe, functional and visually appealing environment for guests and staff

- Support both planned (preventative) and urgent (responsive) maintenance tasks
- Actively contribute to a safe and high‑quality guest experience through well‑maintained facilities and grounds
- Ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible practices are maintained or implemented.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, landscaping or facilities work (tourism or hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of tools, equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor setting
- Commitment to sustainable, environmentally responsible and land care practices
- Clear communication and problem‑solving skills
- A valid driver’s license
