About the role
- Risikocontroller responsible for creation of risk reporting and risk evaluations in real estate funds. Working closely with fund managers and performing various regulatory examinations.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung des Risikoreportings auf Ebene der Sondervermögen und für Investorenmeetings
- Durchführung von investmentrechtlichen Prüfungen wie Anlagegrenzprüfungen
- Risikoorientierte Bewertung von Transaktionen (Objekt- und Marktanalysen)
- Durchführung von Branchen-, Mieter- und Bilanzanalysen
- Durchführung von Stresstests
- Weiterentwicklung der Berichte und der genutzten Systeme
- Abbildung von neuen Berichten in den führenden Systemen bison.box und SAP
- Ansprechpartner für Fondsmanager, Geschäftsführung und Fondspartner
Requirements
- Gutes abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, wünschenswert mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, oder einer entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement bei Banken bzw. im Finanzdienstleistungsgewerbe ist von Vorteil
- Hohe IT-Affinität, sehr gute Excelkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sozialer Kompetenz
- Hohe Motivation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
