About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned projects within the agreed scope, cost budgets, timelines, and quality requirements
- Manage and report on resource demand, financial performance, and overall project progress
- Proactively drive change management and risk mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply PMO execution methodology, ensuring all project documentation and administrative requirements are completed and maintained
- Review proposals and contracts to confirm alignment with project scope and execution strategy
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project team members in a collaborative environment
- Lead initiatives focused on improving internal project execution processes
- Work closely with Emerson engineering teams to ensure resource planning, staffing, and forecasting meet project needs
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in systems, software, process automation, or application engineering, combined with project and technical management exposure
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of project financials and planning principles
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to build productive partnerships with both customer stakeholders and key suppliers
- PMP certification or further education in business administration, operations, or project management is preferred
- Knowledge of an additional European language is preferred
