About the role

  • Business Development Manager at MedAire focusing on aviation solutions and driving growth in South East Asia. Responsible for client engagement and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a SEA business development plan
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with aviation prospects
  • Position and sell MedAire’s integrated aviation risk solutions
  • Manage end-to-end commercial processes: proposals and negotiations
  • Partner with Account Management for account growth and product penetration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage performance reporting

Requirements

  • 5–7 years experience in sales and/or account management (B2B solution/consultative selling preferred)
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite)
  • Experience selling into or supporting aviation organizations is important
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
