About the role
- Technical Consultant supporting sales teams in customer meetings and presentations. Conducting webinars and leading Proof-of-Concept projects in an innovative AI-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in client meetings, tenders, and trade shows
- Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and prospects (online & on-site)
- Host webinars and give talks at conferences and trade shows
- Assist customers with technical and domain-related questions during the proposal phase
- Conduct requirements workshops and create tailored presentation scenarios
- Prepare effort estimates and technical solution descriptions
- Assess technical feasibility of customer requirements in close coordination with sales, project teams, and product development
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and take ownership of our demo showcases
Requirements
- Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Technical understanding in enterprise software (programming skills not strictly required)
- Knowledge in AI (e.g., large language models, text embeddings) desirable
- Initial experience in consulting or pre-sales (at least 1 year)
- Experience in requirements analysis and IT project management
- Structured and analytical working style with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English at least C1)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
