About the role
- International Logistics Analyst coordinating importation processes at Inter Aduaneira. Ensuring compliance with regulations and managing all stages of shipping from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Air and Ocean import processes, overseeing all stages from shipment to cargo arrival at destination;
- Review and critically analyze documents such as invoices, packing lists, AWBs and BLs;
- Enter data into CE Mercante and CCT systems;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and work instructions;
- Perform follow-up with clients and suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with applicable Incoterms and modes of transport.
Requirements
- Availability for on-site training and to work in Nova Lima, MG (Minas Gerais);
- Senior-level experience in international logistics with a focus on imports;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
- Intermediate English;
- Experience with ERP systems and/or foreign trade software (desirable);
- Knowledge of Incoterms and modes of transport;
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures;
- Good written communication;
- Interest and affinity for logistics and foreign trade.
