About the role

  • AI Transformation Lead driving Intent HQ's transition to an AI-native business and developing next-gen products for clients engaging with data and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Scale AI-Driven Product Transformation
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to develop and mature intelligent products and platforms that enhance collaboration, automation, and insight.
  • Engage all business functions and workstream leads in the transformation.
  • Manage the programme structure, delivery, change lifecycle and outcomes — ensuring initiatives are coordinated, aligned, and measurable.
  • Ensuring the programme and use cases deliver intended value.
  • Define, track, and communicate success metrics — adoption, productivity, engagement, and efficiency gains.
  • Enable AI-Native Ways of Working
  • Manage the integration of AI capabilities into daily operations and decision-making.
  • Translate the transformation strategy into actionable workstreams with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Embed governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices into every layer of execution.
  • Drive Commercial and Operational Excellence
  • Operate with a product mindset — ensuring every initiative connects innovation to tangible business outcomes.
  • Balance vision with operational rigour, ensuring progress is structured, transparent, and measurable.
  • Create alignment across teams, stakeholders, and leadership through clarity, communication, and delivery discipline.
  • Champion Change and Adoption
  • Support capability-building efforts that help teams work confidently in an AI-enhanced environment.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a connector — bringing people, tools, and ideas together to create momentum and shared ownership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation
  • A track record of maturing or scaling complex products or platforms with measurable business impact
  • Hands-on understanding of AI technologies and automation and how to turn them into practical solutions
  • Strong delivery and prioritisation skills — you bring structure to ambiguity and focus to complexity
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercial awareness — you connect innovation to adoption, efficiency, and growth
  • Experience in complex environments (e.g. FMCG, Telco, Media) where customer experience and intelligence are critical.
