Responsibilities
Contributes to the design, development, and validation of system software across one or more layers of the software stack including firmware, drivers, operating systems, and/or middleware to enable Intel platforms and technologies.
Engages in cross-stack software optimization and contributes to reference platform development for specific domains and market segments.
As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Candidate must be pursuing a master's degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other relevant related degrees with a software focus.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in Software technology and methodologies.
Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable.
Experience in JavaScript.
Experience in developing and integrating middleware solutions such as Express.js for Node.js, to build efficient and scalable server-side applications.
Experience with database technologies to design, implement, and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity and security.
Basic knowledge of user experience and interface design (UX/UI Design) to create intuitive and engaging web applications.
Experience in other programming languages such as C++, Python, etc.
Numerical algorithm design.
Computational geometry algorithms.
