About the role
- Director of Demand Planning leading S and OP and S and OE processes for Intel's products. Collaborating across departments to manage demand plans effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Intel's Product S and OP and S and OE demand planning processes
- Manage Demand Planners with the development of the S and OP Demand Plan
- Support the Demand Planners with Demand Review meetings
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning and Finance leadership on demand plan updates
- Manage and drive the S and OE Demand Plan
- Provide Supply Chain the level of detail needed for supply plans
- Ensure processes are efficient and aligned with overall goals
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in demand planning and/or demand planning process analysis
- 7+ years management experience
- Analytical and detailed-oriented
- Knowledge of Intel Product's market and supply chain
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence complex outcomes/decision making
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Organizational/project management skills
- Self-learner and willingness to proactively solve problems
- Understanding of statistical / algorithmic / predictive analytics / machine learning is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
