About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager at Integrity360, leading client relationships in cybersecurity sales. Manage key accounts and achieve revenue targets in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day customer relationship
  • Understand the expectations of your customers to ensure fast, efficient and cost-effective services are delivered to meet those expectations
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Vendors and Distributors
  • Understand your key accounts' security strategies
  • Understand the procurement channels and requirements of your key accounts
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline for weekly reporting
  • Compile proposals using templates for key account projects and new business
  • Achieve and over-achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Conduct frequent initiative meetings with key accounts to maintain project progression

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years experience in sales for high-end IT/Technology or cybersecurity products
  • Driven, HUNTER personality ABSOLUTE MUST!
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good MS Office and CRM understanding
  • Clear communication skills – verbal and written
  • Team player but capable of working as a driven individual
  • Must have established relationships and a strong customer network to call on
  • Proven track record in cyber sales across Africa, ideally in multiple countries in Africa
